Eligibility

Is our housing a good fit?

Our homes are independent-living residential housing. Prospective residents must be appropriate for an independent-living environment, and housing availability and eligibility may vary by property.

Our housing supports people who are

  • Able to live independently without daily personal care or supervision
  • Looking for a stable, comfortable home of their own
  • Comfortable managing the routines of everyday independent living
  • Seeking a residential neighborhood setting rather than an institutional environment
  • Ready to be a considerate neighbor within a residential community

Our housing is not able to provide

  • Skilled nursing, medical treatment, or home healthcare
  • Assisted-living services or personal care
  • Medication administration or medical monitoring
  • 24-hour care, supervision, or on-site staff
  • Emergency or crisis housing

If you are unsure whether independent living housing is right for your situation, reach out — we're happy to talk it through honestly with you.

How To Begin

Three simple steps

Starting a housing inquiry is straightforward — no paperwork maze, and no sensitive medical information required up front.

Step 1

Send a housing inquiry

Share basic contact information and a short description of what you or the person you're helping is looking for.

Step 2

Talk it through with us

A member of our team follows up to discuss your needs, timing, and what may be available near you.

Step 3

Find the right fit

Where there's a match, we walk you through the property and the next steps toward making it home.
