Independent Living

Your own home. Your own life.

Independent living means just that: a comfortable home of your own, with the freedom and privacy to live your life your way — and a housing provider who takes care of the property.

The Idea

A real home, not an institution

Many housing options for adults blur the line between a home and a care setting. Our approach is deliberately different. We provide residential housing — comfortable, well-maintained homes in ordinary neighborhoods — for people who are capable of living independently.

That means no institutional routines, no medical setting, and no implied services attached to the lease. It means a place that feels like home, where residents keep their independence, privacy, and dignity.

Your own space

A comfortable home to settle into, in a residential setting.

Your own choices

Residents set their own routines and live life on their terms.

What To Expect

We provide the home. You live your life.

Being clear about the division of responsibilities helps everyone know exactly what independent living means here.

What we take care of

  • Providing a clean, comfortable, well-maintained residence
  • Professional management of the property as a residential rental
  • Keeping homes in good condition and attending to property needs
  • Clear, respectful communication about the housing arrangement

What residents manage themselves

  • Day-to-day living, routines, and personal affairs
  • Their own healthcare, appointments, and health decisions
  • Medications and any personal care needs
  • Cooking, cleaning, and household tasks
  • Transportation and getting where they need to go

We do not provide nursing, medical treatment, home healthcare, medication administration, personal care, or 24-hour care.
